From shipment request to departure
Arrival
The driver presents documents. The operator enters them and links them to the vehicle arriving for loading.
Weight and photos
The checkpoint computer receives vehicle scale readings. Cameras record front and rear plates and visible body contents.
Loading and cargo
Cargo details are added to the trip. A connected phone or specialised device can photograph the load and individual labels.
Document reconciliation
With a barcode scanner connected, labelled items can be identified and compared with the request and documents.
Departure
Vehicle, cargo, weight and approved documents remain linked. Exit approval follows the enterprise process.

Employees and reports
Turnstiles, passes, card readers and magnetic locks connect a passage to an employee. The operator sees their photo and account details.
History shows passage through equipped points and its sequence. Movement between readers is not continuously tracked. Access to employee information is role-based; retention and report scope are agreed for each deployment.

Counts of employees entering and leaving during a selected period.

Critical facility alerts
Connected boiler-house and other critical or hazardous facility alarm systems may send events to the shared interface and notify responsible employees.
Alarm system → event → object display → responsible-person notification. This is information exchange; protective automation remains in the specialised facility systems.
